FORT LEE, N.J.-MobileMedia Communications Inc. reported its Class 6 creditors have voted to
accept its reorganization plan, following a court-ordered vote resolicitation.
Meanwhile, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Delaware has approved a stipulation to that plan, which allows the remaining objecting creditors to
submit an alternative reorganization plan by April 1. The court will rule on the two plans April 12.
