NOKIA TO DELIVER KG TELECOM GPRS SOLUTION

HELSINKI, Finland-Nokia announced an agreement to supply its General Packet Radio Service
network solution to KG Telecom in Taiwan.

KG Telecom will be able to provide mobile Internet access to its
subscribers using the GPRS network. Nokia will deliver Internet Protocol core network infrastructure, including the
Nokia Serving GPRS Support Node, Gateway GPRS Support Node and Charging Gateway. Commercial GPRS service
is expected to begin next year, said Nokia.

Nokia also signed an agreement with KG Telecom to expand and
upgrade its Global System for Mobile communications network.
