ESAT DIGIFONE SIGNS WITH NORTEL

CANNES, France-ESAT Digifone of Ireland announced it signed a $45 million supply
agreement with Nortel Networks to expand the capacity, coverage and services of its wireless network.

Nortel
Networks will provide its S8000 radio base stations and enhanced full rate vocoder technology to ESAT, said the
company.
