WASHINGTON, D.C.-The Nasdaq Stock Market announced SmarTalk TeleServices Inc. was
delisted at the close of business on Jan. 28, due to its failure to meet Nasdaq listing maintenance standards. Trading in
SmarTalk TeleServices Inc. had been halted on Jan. 19, for news pending, at a last sale price of $1.90, said Nasdaq.
AT&T Corp. has announced plans to acquire SmarTalk.
