ORLANDO, Fla.-Brite Voice Systems announced it entered into a two-year contract with U S West Wireless to supply BriteDebit prepaid calling for U S West’s personal communications services business.
This service, initially launched Nov. 23 in the Phoenix/Tucson market, will be extended to the remainder of U S West Wireless’ markets, including Denver, Seattle, Portland and Minneapolis, said Brite.
Under the agreement, Brite will provide U S West with a service called BriteCare, which assists the carrier with all aspects of prepaid service, including database management, rate and service plan management, customer service questions and monitoring system operations.
