WASHINGTON-Celpage Inc. of Puerto Rico announced the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans set a Dec. 1 court date to hear appeals against universal service contribution rules.
Celpage filed an appeal against the Federal Communications Commission’s Universal Service Fund requirements earlier this year calling the tax unconstitutional. The company is being represented by Joyce & Jacobs, Attorneys at Law L.L.P.
