ORANGE, Calif.-Paging Dimensions Inc. announced it has acquired Glendale, Calif.-based Pagecell Inc. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
PDI operates FLEX and POCSAG networks covering California and parts of Nevada at 900 MHz. Pagecell operated a 400 MHz network in California, the Pacific Northwest, Nevada and Arizona.
