DALLAS-BearCom Group Inc., a Dallas-based two-way radio equipment dealer, acquired Quigley Communications Inc., a full-line sales dealership with three facilities and 26 employees in San Diego.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Quigley will assume the BearCom name and be managed by Tim Walters of BearCom. Quigley’s president, Ed Mackerly, plans to retire, said BearCom.
