SUNNYVALE, Calif.-California Microwave Inc. completed the sale of its Microwave Networks Division located in Minnesota to Tadiran Ltd.
California Microwave received about $31.5 million at the time of closing, with which it plans to buy back up to 3 million shares of its own stock on the open market during the next few months, the company said.
