CHICAGO-Telephone and Data Systems Inc. said it completed the process to combine American Paging Inc. with TSR Paging Inc.
TDS contributed most of the assets and certain limited liabilities of American Paging, and TSR contributed all its assets and liabilities to a company called TSR Wireless Holdings L.L.C.
TDS is expected to have a 30-percent interest and TSR will have the remaining interest in the new firm.
