NEXUS WINS ORDER FOR PAGER SYSTEM FROM VENEZUELA

TEL AVIV, Israel-Nexus Telecommunication Systems Ltd. announced it received an additional $1.5 million order for infrastructure in Caracas, Venezuela, to upgrade the existing AVL system there.

According to Nexus, the system will enable two-way paging on the network through the company’s return channel solution for one-way networks, as well as certain telemetry applications.

Nexus said it is also in the final stages of building its Nexus System in Moscow, a combined two-way paging and location system meant for worldwide rollout, as well as in an unnamed location in Southeast Asia.
