NORCROSS, Ga.-USCI Inc., which owns cellular and paging provider Ameritel, announced it has proposed a private placement of $15 million to $25 million of convertible preferred securities.
The company said it plans to use the proceeds of the offering to fund the acquisition of additional subscribers and to replace up to $3.75 million in interim financing.
