WASHINGTON-The U.S. General Services Administration launched its National Antenna Program, which will make federal rooftop space available for lease to qualified providers and carriers.
The announcement comes after the GSA learned growth in personal communications services will require 100,000 new antenna sites by 2000. GSA owns more than 1,800 federal buildings nationwide.
