SEATTLE-Cellular Technical Services Inc. will supply its Blackbird Platform and PreTect wireless fraud prevention systems to GTE Wireless.
The Blackbird and PreTect products work together using radio frequency fingerprinting to detect fraudulent calls and automatically disconnect them. Initial deployment will be in GTE’s Virginia markets, and the agreement includes GTE’s participation in CTS’ No Clone Zone service.
