MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-TGN Associates International Inc. announced a research and development engineering reorganization of its European and Asian Technology manufacturing partnerships. The reorganized group will assist U.S. companies in launching wireless communications business-to-business networks.
The company will be named Transglobalnet.link. R. Theodor Kusiolek will serve as chairman and chief executive officer of the firm, which will design and manufacture Local Multipoint Distribution Services technologies.
