LAS VEGAS-Motorola Inc.’s Land Mobile Products Sector will supply infrastructure equipment including the Smartnet II trunked radio system, to Chadmoore Wireless Group Inc., a specialized mobile radio services provider, in a contract valued at $10 million.
Chadmoore will use the equipment to build its network. The company said the new equipment will allow Chadmoore to expand its network coverage to more than 100 cities in the United States, with the capacity to serve 100,000 users.
Motorola already shipped eight systems to Chadmoore.
