CINCINNATI, Ohio-Cincinnati Bell Information Systems has signed a three-year contract renewal with Motorola Cellular Service Inc. for cellular customer care and billing.
The contract includes the continued use of CBIS’ advanced customer care and billing solutions in a service bureau environment. CBIS said it provides Motorola with an integrated message processing, accounts management and subscriber billing system which features flexible online access to service order processing, customer information, receivables and invoices.
