WESTBOROUGH, Mass.-Arch Communications Group Inc. announced it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of senior discount notes due 2008 with an aggregate offering price of $200 million.
The principal amount at maturity and yield of notes will be based on market conditions and determined prior to beginning the offering. Arch said it will use the net proceeds from the offering to fund a portion of the purchase price of its pending acquisition of Westlink Holding Inc. Arch anticipates financing the balance of the Westlink purchase price with borrowings under a contemplated amendment to an existing credit facility.
