MONTREAL-BCE Mobile Communications Inc. announced it has agreed to sell its holdings in Clearnet Communications Inc., a specialized mobile radio operator in Canada.
BCE reported the sale of the 3.3 million Class A nonvoting shares will be effected at a price of $20 per share, for a total transaction value of about $66.4 million. The sale is set to close this month.
