ALEXANDRIA, Va.-Go Communications Corp. issued a 10-year, multihundred-million-dollar request for proposal for a system integrator to develop and operate the information system technology for the 30 MHz and 10 MHz blocks of spectrum reserved for entrepreneurs by the Federal Communications Commission, the company said.
The RFP includes requirements for an operational support system that will include local, long-distance, mobile telephone, mobile data, voice-mail and call waiting services and enable customers to access their specified product feature set while roaming anywhere, with billing to the home address. Responses to the RFP are due Dec. 19.
