PORTOLA VALLEY, Calif.-The Small Business PCS Association will hold a national meeting Dec. 15 in Washington D.C., to discuss auction rules for broadband personal communications services, auction bidding results and financing for designated entities.
The National Designated Entity Network will also be discussed. Consortia meetings will be held Dec. 16.
