DALLAS-PageMart Inc. will launch the new Flex Signaling System nationwide early in the first quarter of 1995.
Flex is able to increase the number of pagers a transmission channel can accommodate, enhance the reliability of paging signals and Flex pagers automatically adjust to variable transmission speeds, PageMart said. The Los Angeles-San Diego area will be the first market for Flex’s maximum 6400-baud rate transmission speed, said PageMart.
