Head of Google Fiber Austin  Mark Starma, a former member of the Texas House of Representatives, discussed the impending rollout of Google Fiber broadband Internet service in Austin, Texas. Starma was on hand for the Texas Wireless Summit, which showcased wireless engineering research and development, at the University of Texas-Austin.
