Flash Networks brings Harmony to congested networks

Congested cellular networks are an increasing and crippling problem. Many firms have only just begun grappling with the severe overload issues being caused by increased end user demand for video and rich media beamed over dilapidated and outdated cellular network infrastructure, but Flash Networks – the self-proclaimed leading provider of intelligent mobile Internet services – believes it has an answer.
Recently RCR caught up with Merav Bahat, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Flash Networks, to hear about what the firm is doing to help operators manage the exponential growth in mobile data traffic whilst also helping to personalize user experience.
Flash believes its Harmony Mobile Internet Services Gateway is the way in which operators can rapidly address the growing gap between exploding traffic and stagnating revenues by applying intelligent data optimization to over 90% of Internet traffic.
Harmony, says Bahat, includes Web and Media Optimization, Content Control, Traffic Management, and something called my-i Toolbar for increased personalization.
With offices in Europe, Asia, and North America, Flash Networks’ installed base of top-tier mobile carriers includes O2, Orange, SingTel Group, T-Mobile, Telefónica, Telenor, Verizon Wireless, Vodafone, and Wind.
