Alexandria, Va. (August 11, 2011) – PCIA – The Wireless Infrastructure Association announced the lineup for its annual Wireless Infrastructure Show taking place October 3-6 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. The industry luminaries will address developments in next-generation wireless networks and the critical role of infrastructure in future services.
Bob Azzi, Sprint’s Senior Vice President, Network and Peter Linder, Ericsson’s Head of Network Solutions in North America, will deliver keynote addresses on the opening day of the show.
The show’s second day will feature a keynote roundtable of tower company chief executives, including: Richard Byrne of TowerCo; Marc Ganzi of Global Tower Partners; W. Benjamin Moreland of Crown Castle International; Jeffrey A. Stoops of SBA Communications and Jim Taiclet of American Tower Corporation.
Next generation networks and innovative future technologies are the focus of the comprehensive programming encompassing four distinct tracks: Advocacy & Regulatory, Business & Finance, Future Technologies and 4G Implementation. The event will feature sessions devoted to the rapidly growing distributed antenna system (DAS) sector, the impact of the macro-U.S. economy and debt crisis on wireless firms, challenges and opportunities in wireless backhaul and an in-depth look at the networks and services of the future.
From policy to innovation, architecture to finance, the Wireless Infrastructure Show offers insight and knowledge-sharing at the only event exclusively focused on the wireless infrastructure sector.
Over 2,000 representatives from across the wireless industry, including infrastructure providers, professional service firms, carriers, government officials, and financial services professionals are expected to attend.
