FOSTER CITY, Calif.—Electronics For Imaging Inc. announced it acquired wireless messaging software company Unimobile Inc. for $2.5 million.
EFI makes software and hardware imaging products for network printing. The company said the acquisition would add wireless messaging to the company’s product lineup.
