ST. LOUIS-Amdocs expanded its Ensemble customer care, billing and order management system installed at Pacific Bell Wireless to provide full support for GPRS services.
Amdocs completed initial deployment of the system for Pacific Bell Wireless last year. The expanded Ensemble system will support wireless voice and IP services, said the company.
Amdocs also is implementing e-care services for Pacific Bell Wireless.
