DENVER-Through its German subsidiary, ARCIS Media.Com of Munich, Formus Communications Inc. said it will be able to provide telecommunications services to the entire Austrian market. ARCIS recently was awarded regional Austrian licenses, allowing it to provide fixed-voice and data services.
Formus said it will begin delivering voice, Internet and data services in Vienna late this year and expand nationally during 2000, installing and building its own infrastructure.
