MARKHAM, Ontario-Centrinity Inc., a developer of unified communications and collaborative groupware technologies, launched its FirstClass Unified Messaging solution, allowing users to capture, consolidate, sort and prioritize messages from any source and from any device.
Centrinity said the solution allows all users, whether mobile or in the office, to access voice mail, e-mail messages and fax messages in one location regardless of communications device. With text-to-voice capability, the FirstClass UM mailbox also allows users to listen to, reply to and forward e-mail messages over the telephone.
