Telefonos de Mexico (NYSE:TMX) ranks first with a gain of 1.27%; Qwest Communications International (NYSE:Q) ranks second with a gain of 0.43%; and Chunghwa Telecom (NYSE:CHT) ranks third with a gain of 0.42%.
Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ) follows with a gain of 0.34% and AT&T (NYSE:T) rounds out the top five with a gain of 0.32%.
