ATLANTA-EMS Technologies Inc. recently filed an amended patent infringement complaint against Allgon AB and two of its subsidiaries.
The amended complaint contends Allgon infringes on four EMS patents and identifies 32 other Allgon antenna models that, according to EMS, could infringe on EMS patents. The four patents in the complaint cover EMS’s design rights in an antenna radome for use with base station antennas and performance and design structure of dual-polarized base station antennas.
