Pegasus becomes Homeskills, Blue Industries becomes Pegasus

FREMONT, Calif.-Pegasus Wireless, which provides wireless products for computer networking and industrial data transmissions, changed its name to Homeskills Inc.

The company also announced it completed its merger into Blue Industries Inc., which has changed its name to Pegasus Wireless Corp. The company is awaiting its new trading symbol.
