MINNEAPOLIS-BT Group plc selected Fair Isaac Corp.’s network performance and monitoring solution.
Terms of the agreement call for Fair Isaac to supply a network assurance solution that builds on the neural network technology and case and workflow management included in the company’s Risk Analytics for Telecom platform. The solution processes up to 1.5 billion call detail records, Internet Protocol detail records and other aggregated data each day.
