BETHLEHEM, Pa.-Infonxx, a directory assistance and enhanced information services company, said it closed a $40 million senior credit bank facility with Bank of America.
Infonxx will use the funds to replace the company’s existing credit facility and for future growth, expansion and acquisition plans.
