NEW YORK-Scott + Scott L.L.C. said it has filed a securities class-action lawsuit against Nortel Networks Corp. on behalf of investors that purchased Nortel stock between Dec. 23, 2003, and March 12, 2004.
The lawsuit alleges that Nortel violated securities laws during that timeframe by causing Nortel’s shares to trade at artificially inflated levels due to misleading financial statements.
