Sierra Wireless files with SEC to sell shares

WASHINGTON-Sierra Wireless Inc. said it has filed a shelf registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for 3,842,222 common shares, adding that holders may sell the remaining 157,778 shares.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds for product development, working capital and general corporate purposes.
