CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom-Microcomm Systems, developer and operator of the Mesh Broadband service, has purchased the business and assets of wireless broadband company Invisible Networks.
With Invisible Networks’ assets, Microcomm will continue its development of community broadband networks. The company is currently completing the final build of five base stations in eastern England, following successful trials.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
