Nokia to supply $117M W-CDMA network in Singapore

HELSINKI, Finland-Nokia Corp. said it has won a five-year, $117 million contract to supply Singapore carrier StarHub with equipment for a W-CDMA network.

According to the deal, Nokia will provide radio access and core network equipment and deliver management services like network planning.

The carrier said it will start receiving deliveries immediately as it plans to launch W-CDMA service at the end of next year.
