HOUSTON-Crown Castle International Corp. said the quarterly dividend on its 6.25-percent convertible preferred stock will be paid May 15 to all holders of record as of May 1. The dividend will be paid in shares of Crown’s common stock at a rate that will be announced on or before May 1.
