WESTFORD, Mass.—Coherent Networks Inc., which provides wireless messaging tracking and analysis products for carriers, announced Omsome Inc. completed the purchase of the company’s FastGate/Utilities Business product, and that now Coherent will change its name to Steleus Inc.
Under the terms of the sale, the FastGate/Utilities product will retain the name Coherent Networks, and the business will become a subsidiary of Omsome.
“The sale of the FastGate/Utility business gives us the opportunity to concentrate our management, investment and development resources on our core business,” said Rick Mace, president, chairman and chief executive officer of the newly named Steleus.
