PARIS—Alcatel said Malaysia’s DiGi Telecommunications signed an agreement for its mobile Intelligent Network (IN) technology. The value of the contract was not disclosed
The Open Services product will support up to 2 million prepaid subscribers and allow DiGi, which is partially held by Norway’s Telenor, to offer flexible tariff plans for different market segments, Alcatel said.
