Sun partners with Vuico for wireless Web software

SANTA CLARA, Calif.—Sun Microsystems Inc. said it is partnering with Vuico L.L.C. to develop a software for creating, assembling and deploying wireless Web services.

“This leverage will allow Vuico to provide a significant competitive edge to customers by offering advanced wireless technology, built to global standards and designed for rapid development and deployment of Web services, giving subscribers access to a rich array of wireless Internet services,” said Sun in a statement.
