MURRAY HILL, N.J.—Lucent Technologies Inc. has named John Kritzmacher as its senior vice president and corporate controller, replacing Mark White, who has decided to leave the company.
“He has the right mix of financial know-how, marketing and operational experience to help drive the next phase of Lucent’s turnaround,” said Frank D’Amelio, executive vice president and chief financial officer of the company.
