MONTREAL-Telesystem International Wireless Inc. has closed the sale of its interests in Brazilian cellular operations Americel S.A. and Telet S.A. to an affiliate of Bell Canada International Inc. and Telecom Americas Ltd. for proceeds totaling $153 million.
