TORONTO-Paradigm Advanced Technologies Inc., a provider of wireless location-based electronic-commerce solutions, announced it PowerLOC technology division has received a purchase order from RACO Industries of Cincinnati, a company in the bar-coding and data-collection industry, which is expanding its core products into asset management.
Through the initial purchase order, RACO will acquire 1,000 GPS-enabled vehicle location devices and license a PowerLOC L-Biz Tracker.
“These location devices have been beta-site tested, and we are very satisfied with the results,” said Rob Adams, RACO’s chief executive officer. “The PowerLOC location tracking products have attracted considerable interest, and we expect to deploy them across our network of customers and value-added resellers.”
