REDWOOD CITY, Calif.-Phone.com Inc. said Philips Consumer Communications has licensed the UP.Browser microbrowser software for its line of Global System for Mobile communications wireless phones.
Philips said it expects to introduce the browser-equipped phones commercially next year.
