SAN JOSE, Calif.-American Wireless announced it purchased Cellular Networks Inc. of Seattle, expanding its activation, fulfillment and distribution services for Nextel Communications Inc. and AirTouch Communications Inc. in the Washington, Alaska and western Idaho markets.
