MOTOROLA, ADC TEAM ON SMS PLATFORM

TEMPE, Ariz.-Motorola Inc.’s Computer Group and ADC Telecommunications Inc. announced
they have teamed to deliver a fault-tolerant system platform for advanced wireless short message services.

The
effort combines ADC’s NewNet SMserver with Motorola’s FX Series. Deployment of the platform began in the fourth
quarter.
