Wireless Services adds JP Mobile e-mail product to portfolio

BELLEVUE, Wash.-Wireless Services Corp. said it added JP Mobile’s SureWave wireless e-mail solution to its portfolio.

“Wireless e-mail is a popular application to drive usage and increase revenues,” said Rich Begert, chief executive officer of Wireless Services. “But carriers don’t want to be locked into a single device, and subscribers want a solution that is easy to provision and does not require server software.”

The solution allows carriers to offer subscribers real-time wireless access to their personal and corporate data, including inbox, contacts, calendar, tasks and public folders. Users also can send and receive messages, view and edit attachments, and file and delete e-mail from their wireless devices.
