Largest private wireless company in the country deployed new revenue management platform

Mississippi-based communications service provider C Spire this week went live with a new billing platform designed by NetCracker Technology.

C Spire offers pre- and postpaid 2G, 3G and LTE service, along with 1 gigabit Internet service, voice over IP, and for businesses, data and cloud services.

To activate the new system, information had to be drawn from two legacy billing platforms into the converged NetCracker Revenue Management platform.

C Spire also deployed NetCracker’s Active Mediation solution and a number of other software systems supporting mobile service activation and collections.

“NetCracker’s proven ability to provide, deliver and support a forward-looking converged billing solution to serve our entire customer base made it the clear choice as our key partner for this substantial billing transformation,” said Carla Lewis, SVP of IT at C Spire.
